Don't disagree about the others though. No harm getting a couple in for a look. My negativity was only that I'd struggle to see any making a sudden impact after such a long time out. Ideally we'd have someone at least fairly match fit.

If anyone has ever watched Ade Akinfenya in the last 5 years you don’t need to run much to score goals. Just have to have the ability. Matt Rhead doesn’t move too much either so we will just have to wait and see. Having 2 strikers out we will have to get someone in.

Loans have to be window to window. FAW won’t allow it as it’s effectively transferring a Professional player outside the Pro window.

Could have been trial or just training with Newport.
However do feel that if we do not get another body up front we will not even make the playoffs.Angus rarely plays 90 minutes and is our only fit forward.Concerned with naivety of letting Bickerstaffe go on loan and more so that Keates commented he did not want unhappy players (Yussuf).Chesterfield now 6th and a clear playoff rival.
