The rest are gone (with a heavy heart Pearson but his time is gone - perhaps a coaching role of some kind...youth team?). Think we are too reliant on Young and playing him sets a tone for the strategy which just won’t get us up. JP, Lainton, Thomas all too injury prone (Thomas will struggle to come back from such a bad injury without some niggles IMO). Wing backs doesn’t work so that’s Rekord and RHJ cooked. Rutherford lacks final product. Jarvis not able to carry despite clear talent. Dibble not commanding enough. Harris legs must go eventually. Vassell in the uncertain camp and isn’t first name on team sheet therefore we can probably find better. Redmond...enough said.

Feel awful doing this when there is still playoffs to play for but without changes we are going to fall short of those I fear

The lot need to go, management team too. Oddly they've only started putting in the effort when people have been around to watch them.

I bet the money on offer has helped too.

IExpect only about 7 to be kept on .We will need a squad of about 21 .So that means bringing in 14 or so players.
Something like 1 GK 3 Defenders 3 Midfielder and 4 forwards
And a few utility players. But all of better quality than previous signings

The management and coaching team needs going asap, hopefully then the new CEO will be able to give the new coach the heads up on the squad, I'm more desperate to see the back of the three of them first then go from there.

Yes but carrington is a decent national league player.
Wouldn’t put him in the starting 11 week in week out. But if this season has taught us anything you need a squad not just a team

Hopefully we can have a reserve side back for next season, a mix of fringe players and youngsters, so need a decent sized squad.
