I think you could see they were missing Whitfield ,he ripped us apart in the away game.Yesterday they looked equally lacking going forward.They do pass and work for each other well though..Defend and go forward in numbers..Not sure Torquay have much depth in squad ,like alot of teams in this league

Keates also does not have the potential development to achieve what is envisaged by R&R.

Always based in the south west. Amazing job at yeovil with young hungry players. Gone down hill since bristol city days. Torquay are very financially unstable with an owner who wants to sell the ground and relocate. Its prime suburban development but the club is living way beyond its means. Gj is well connected and has loan players and some old stagers who seem to like the devon Riviera but if they don't go up this year they will be in trouble .

This is my thought too. And as she isn't coming in until June he's here till the end of the season.

After that though I'd be very surprised if DK is the manager next season.

That's part of why I feel he will be here next season, she hasn't seen him, his record will be in or around the playoffs in a difficult year of Covid and WST budget/wasn't able to sign in Jan due to the takeover, injuries to key players at crunch time... Best give him a chance see what he's like myself...
