This is a really interesting development. Shows that they are serious about growing the Wrexham AFC brand, but does open the question about whether a badge change is in the pipeline - reason being the current club badge features the Prince of Wales feathers and as such cannot be trademarked.

I'd not be upset...I got a tattoo of the feathers as a youth thinking I was being all patriotic, and I regret it now. If I could be arsed I'd get it covered up. The sooner any association with the symbol was ended the better in my opinion but I respect that many will feel very different about it given its significance in terms of club heritage.
