This season has been a dystopian nightmare. Getting promoted without crowds is meaningless.

Telling people not to hug or smile ( because they are masked) is a dystopian nightmare.

Human beings are apes and we have witnessed 14 months of anti human policies, possibly justified but some of them possibly not.

So any football played in the last 14 months is ultimately meaningless. Much better to (hopefully and the patronising Puritan Drakeford permitting) start next season with new hope, fans and a following wind, and then get promoted.

In fairness it’s all about opinions and perhaps you are right. I do think we need a Director of Football. Somebody who can develop the whole club from youth, ladies, reserves and first team. I’m more relaxed about the current situation given our new owners and their ambition. The club just needs a fresh start.

Can you ever post about football without turning it into a dull political rant?

He wants a rise, which in turn makes it all about him.

Aye..This gelling thing is wearing a bit thin..Just get better players, who have good ball control, can pass well, ànd generally, just be capable of putting in a professional display.

If we do somehow manage to go up this season, I hope Barrow get relegated this season so we won’t be the first team ever to be relegated straight back down again the next season. That’s what we are facing if Keates stays in charge next season

It's amazing how little time it takes good players to 'gel'.
