We are a shambles on and off the pitch and a shadow of the Club we once were and need to start putting things right, from the youth system, 1st team player recruitment and training facilities to the administration and commercial activities.
Sad but true. Hopefully our new owners will not make the same mistakes.

Adam Rooney is still on serious wedge at Solihull. Mainly on the bench. A team way below us.

Sorry Foxy you are wrong. Ian Herbert is a Wrexham fan as are his family. His career has moved from The Daily Post to The Independent and now The Daily Mail. He is not the son of Reg Herbert.

I heard Fleetwood needed to get rid of their most expensive earners hence madden may not have cost anywhere near the figures quoted. Others have also gone from the Fleetwood squad.
It's going to be a very competitive ending to the nl this year. Still some twists to go.

I’m wondering if our new owners realised how hamstrung this football club is with all the different rules and regs we have to follow.
Would they have been aware of all this before pushing through with the purchase.More worryingly are they regretting it.

I have no idea TWREX, but lets hope that we can put everything behind us now and push on in a new direction

Rooney was on the verge of triggering a contract extension.

Stockport owner is taking a calculated risk due to the perilous financial position of most clubs in this league but Stockport haven't got promoted yet, no doubt he feels we may be a contender next season for top spot leaving a lottery for the second spot. if they don't get promoted this season he will need deep pockets to maintain the wage bill.... will they be a Forest green or Fylde???

I am not entirely convinced our budget is going to be as large as some are hoping/quoting on here. R and R may be millionaires but they certainly aren't frivolous with their cash. I had hoped for some sign of future financial intent, a quality striker or midfielder in the last transfer window...but no... Yes the club sale was completed towards the end of the transfer window but the new advertising boards were purchased during the same window........

How much of their own money will they have to use? With the reported tv series, new shirt sponsorship, advertising boards, maybe stadium and stands naming rights plus season ticket and match day revenue all to come back at some point.

The club could be raining it in without the owners dipping into their own fund? All guess work on my part.
