I read into 'voices' as referring to other supporters groups. eg Kings mills. Mold, Rhos etc.

Now most if not all of the groups had strong links with the WST and of course were proud member of the 'Fed'.

If the owners want to create a distance perhaps they will need to step back even further.

Yeah it was talking about non wst members across the board in my view.
