Not even reading the article, the bloke talks nonsense. He’d of gone by now if fans were in the ground so as FOG just said he’d be gone by October, surely these will want to build an exciting, young, quick attacking team who will keep the fans in the ground.

With everything that is going on at the football club behind the scenes. I cannot believe another manager is not been lined up ( along with some players) to takeover from Keates in the Summer.
As for MG I think he still thinks the trust still owns the club with its low ambition . We have won the lottery strive for the top!

Yes but how much has the bonus plan had to do with where they are now , where would they be without it , R and R introduced it maybe because they could see things weren't as they hoped .

Indeed. We owe him nothing. He left us when he thought he could do better than us, it would be a delightful bit of karma to see him gone.

I agree but the problem is that our overseas owners and I susspect those running the club until our new CEO start are listening to this person and possibly thinking we all agree with him.
Keates is a disaster and he and the other two need replacing as soon as possible. I have said many times that next season needs to be a new start with out the gang of three or it will be another stop start with yet another change of management before Christmas.

Well I wish I hadn’t read that! At least I know who Keates’ agent is now.

People are talking about 8,0000 crowds next season with 5,000 season ticket holders. Does anybody really believe that would happen with Keates as manager with his boring negative football?

I haven’t been since he came back (I know, I’m not a true fan I hear you say). I was planning to go to games next season if a new manager and coaching team are in place with the hope and expectation of seeing some half decent football.

And remember, if Keates is kept on, those tactical geniuses Davies and Dario will be as well. Just imagine that.

It was actually identical. having improved in the new year, we only won one of our last 10.

We may or may not have been saved by the pandemic last year but we have seen an improvement this year.

Is he the messiah? No. Do i want him to be here next year? No. BUT - there is no doubt we have improved significantly from last season to this one and it is churlish for many on here to act like it hasn't happened. He is not a disaster.

Although I would argue we were always likely to improve (whoever the manager was) in comparison to our worst season in history, so there is an element of regression to the mean.
