The budget will depend on how much the sponsors bring in to support the club.
Sponsorship of
The club,
The shirts &
The stadium
Will determine what we have to spend.

Rob has said a budget to match our ambition, but that is not necessarily a blow everyone out of the water Salford or fgr style budget. The resigning of dibble and reckord for example indicates that we are not going to have a team of expensively assembled superstars
I would also be very surprised if the budget isn't the biggest in this division given the fact that the goal is to get back to the EFL at the earliest opportunity.

The income from sponsorship must be significant in it's own right before we've sold a shirt or a season ticket

I think it will be decent and possibly the biggest in the division (but not necessarily), but I don't think it is going to the biggest budget the conference has ever seen, or anything ridiculous like that.

If it is going to be that big, why would we have Dibble as back up stopper? or retained a large number of last seasons team for that matter?

Of course we won't get an inkling until we see the new signings. For all I know Dibble might end up fourth choice!

My hope is that we will spend heavily in the key positions of centre midfield and in attack as that is where the quality really counts.

We already have a good 1st choice keeper and central defenders aren't difficult to come by in the NL.

absolutely - 2 star CM's and 2 or 3 star strikers are what we need.

But 5 star players bolted onto the remnants of last seasons squad signals an much improved budget, but not necessarily more than Fyde or Tranmere, or FGR or Salford had.

we shall see.

So another team gets out of this 'impossible' league in relatively short time.

Seems it's only us who can't crack it.

To be fair we have been rather hampered due to being under the stewardship of The Lager Club regulars society.

All change now

Don’t build your hopes up.
I expect us to have an indifferent start, with many new players , and then get stronger as the season progresses.
