Took Fylde up to the National league, Fylde won FA trophy and got to the play off final. Has worked with a big budget with them and played attacking football.

*sacked and was involved in relegating Fylde.

Moves to Hartlepool, takes them to the play off final (I think they will beat Torquay) and again finds another goal scorer in Rhys Oates. The Hartlepool home game we were battered by them and how it remained 0-0 I don’t know.

I think interviews with other candidates have been ongoing but I think the club are waiting until after the play off final to make any decisions .

If we haven't appointed anyone by Sunday then I think it's pretty likely it will be Challinor. Would be very happy with him, plays good football and has a good eye for a player.
