Thats the benefit of the system Reed introduced at Southampton, where it doesn't matter if the manager leaves because you've got a list of suitable candidates to replace them, and the manager fits to the ethos of the club not the other way around.

Hopefully we institute something like that here. Give us some stability.

Sounds like he sets up to accommodate players strengths, if so he’ll do for me.

Keates played for a draw in the last game of the season when it was in our hands. There's a huge difference between setting up not to lose against better opposition and not having the balls to go and attack a weaker side.
