The key question is how much of the cost will that bid fund, if its successful?

To be fair, I think they probably deserve a statue in the style
of the Swords of Qādisīyah on the Mold Road... Rob one side and Ryan the other... Touching tips, make up your own mind which tips... 650m seems small though.

We’ll know when a planning application is due to be submitted as there’ll be a pre application consultation period. All adjoining landowners, properties, community council, local councillors will be notified and have 28 days to respond. I have no idea how far down the line they are with this, if at all.

Am I right in think that deadline of march 2022 is wrong, it just those who have started their development get priority as long as its started by the end of the fiscal year?
Bull, isn't it.

Club should be proactive.

Announce that away fans will be accommodated on the kop. That frees up 1000 seats in the yale for walk up wrexham fans or even season ticket holders the way things are going.

So why can't this be done?

We have been told that the kop cannot be used for the following reasons (feel free to add more).

1 access.

2 facilities

3 " health and safety" (very nebulous and open to challenge).

Build a toilet block. It's a shallow terrace so park a couple of burger vans on it to provide food and drinks. Access can be sorted.

Do it and then deal with the objections - in the meantime it stays open.

It's a weird situation. Wrexham fans can sell out all three sides of the ground. We need to open up the kop for away fans (temporarily obviously!) to cope with this unprecedented situation.

The club should do this or we lose money. The kop is part of the ground and is perfectly ok for fans (i mean, did you ever go to Guiseley?).

Can’t tell if you’re being serious about the Kop being safe or not. Why do you think it’s been closed for so long?

Absolutely this. I've been to international away games and have been in a stand that was basically made out of scaffolding with seats attached. No reason why a temporary 1000 seater couldn't be thrown up for away fans few portaloos, job done.

Yes there are reasons. The concrete is crumbling and the roof is on the verge of collapse.

Not to mention we could spend hundreds of thousands getting it sorted then find out work on the new Kop will start within the next 6 months.
