It is after 17 months waiting to get back inside the stadium it is difficult just to print the blasted ticket. But I will try later and no doubt it will work before I leave on Saturday????

I'm OK with either, but personally would prefer the phone option.

It used to be both. You could download the pdf ticket to your phone and use that. I usually did print the tickets however, in case I had a problem with my phone.

I don't get why it seems to now be one or the other.

Why not accept both, a printed ticket or scan the phone ticket, a scanner doesn’t know the difference if it’s a barcode.

I am really sorry probably my age but did not have an account on e-ticket so had to register and that was easy went on and again purchased my free ticket and got another e-mail confirming I had got my seat but no barcode or anything just showing my details and my season ticket seat . Thanks for any help

The youngsters don't want the hassle of printing shit out and us fogies don't embrace change very well.

The club will cater for everyone, won't they?

It’s a bit frustrating but everyone has the same issue. Club are trying to get it resolved.
