"Due to technical problems experienced this morning, and following discussions with TicketMaster, we have had to change our plans for distributing tickets for the match against Curzon Ashton.

Having been in discussions with TicketMaster all day, we have learned we will be unable to resolve the issues we are facing with online ticketing prior to Saturday’s game.

As a result, and with regret for any inconvenience this will cause, we will now be emailing all season ticket holders a print-at-home ticket.

It is essential you print your ticket at home. Scanners will be in operation, so please look after your ticket as any duplicates will be rejected. Please also ensure the age category on your ticket is correct for your age.

***Digital tickets, i.e. mobile phone, will not be accepted for this game.***

Any season ticket holders who do not have an email address on the system can order their ticket in person at the Centenary Club from 12pm-9pm tomorrow, and from the Centenary Club from 9am until 2.45pm on Saturday.

We ask all supporters without email addresses on the system to consider adding one to their account. This will ensure you receive up-to-date information and have full access to your account for future matches. We understand some supporters’ reluctance to add an email address – particularly parents of younger supporters. However, you can create an email address for free online and monitor it as an adult, purely for ticketing purposes.

Due to this change in procedure, for which we again apologise for the inconvenience it will cause, we expect long queues at the Racecourse Ground. Therefore, please only attend the stadium on Friday if you are unable to print your own ticket, and please be mindful of other supporters – maintain social distancing where possible, wear masks indoors unless you are exempt and please make use of the antibacterial handgel provided.

We ask all supporters to be patient with staff, and we would like to reassure all season-ticket holders that their ticket has been reserved.

Thank you to all supporters for your patience so far, and we look forward to welcoming you back to the stands for Saturday’s match."
