Networking on account.

So I want to add my Son to my account as he isn't receiving club emails. His account is active and he can log in, but when I search for him using his ID number or name he doesn't come up. When he searches for me on his account I do show up. Any ideas?

You have to add him to your network before searching. Sounds like this might be the issue. You can do this above the search box.

He doesn't appear when I search him.

You can only search once he's in your network. Have you added him? There's a box saying add members.

I've clicked add member, and it doesn't find him to add him.
