Placed my order yesterday and just notified that the shirt was posted today. Given the level of activity in the past 24hrs I think this is excellent service. Many thanks to all concerned at the club.

Why aren't any of these items available yet?

The club should be maximising sales as long as the interest in the club is booming.

I've been saying it for years that the commercial side of the club is poor but now we have plenty of kids interested in Wrexham AFC they should be looking at selling all the things kids would love to have in their bedrooms.
Duvet covers and pillow case sets,
Curtains,
Lampshades,
Rugs,
I believe these items would fly off the shelves.

What do you mean kids. Sure plenty of adults would love a Wrexham duvet and pillow set!!! Not sure my missus would be but thats a different argument.

Replica shirts are great, but as football is a winter sport it would be good to show your support of the team without having to freeze your nuts off.

Agreed. When we were just relying on volunteers you can forgive some poor service, and when we were just dealing with local loyal fans there may not be such a problem with consequences.

But now we are trying to present a professional outfit, and dealing with a much bigger number of fans/customers on a National and international basis who don’t have that loyalty yet, it needs to get better. And quick. It’s easy to get some temps in for a few weeks. And get someone permanently handling emails and calls to a set service standards, with standard replies ready. Not apologising for mistakes or saying how they will be resolved, and not responding to emails/calls timely is the basic stuff that we can easily get right and make a much better impression of our club.

I feel better after that rant. Finally received my home shirt today too after they messed it up last time. Nice shirt

Other option is buy 3 sized up to go over a hoodie or jacket..
