I ordered just after 9am on the 5th. Not heard anything from the club, even after sending e mails last week. Phoned last week and yesterday after the 5th attempt got through to the shop. I gave details of order and was told that they would got Sarah(?) to check and phone me back. Still waiting. They've had my money since 5th July

I have - was the wrong size for one and they didn’t put the number on the back of the other one, but they arrived earlier in the week.

There was an email saying that the order had been updated on the online store too, so you should get that.
