Re: Solihull Moors (A) - Thoughts and Predictions
Whilst discussing predictions, is the Prediction Challenge going ahead this season?

Re: Solihull Moors (A) - Thoughts and Predictions
Hope the abundance of fans making the trip at least get to see a goal. Would be happy with a point in a tough first outing.
I feel there may well be glaringly obvious weaknesses that will make us get a couple more players in next week. Tomorrow we can't use the excuse of "it's only preseason". |

Re: Solihull Moors (A) - Thoughts and Predictions
We're due a win at Solihull but we won't control the crucial midfield (not sure if I've mentioned this previously) which means we'll be under pressure which means Dibble will be busy which means he's likely to have one of his famous brain farts.
Praying for Lainton in goal and a quality CM signing today. If this happens, comfortable 2-0 win, if not a disappointing 2-1 defeat |

Re: Solihull Moors (A) - Thoughts and Predictions
Not confident about the possible starting lineup unless we manage to get a couple of new faces in today.
Solihull is always a bad place for us to go, we never seem to do well. I think a draw is probably the likely result, however, i do think their defenders will be watching Mullin closely leaving more space for Hyde to capitalise on. We may just nick a bruising win. Fingers crossed! PS. I may be sticking my neck out here but i have this sneaking feeling Hyde will score more than Mullin this season, and both will be between 15 and 20 goals, providing they stay fit. |
