No. There are loads of podcasts which offer that.

Completely agree.

As calon FM has the licence noone could have a community licence within five miles.

I have a file of spreadsheets, business plans, likely audience predictions, etc that'll I happy handover on a community radio but basically unless everyone works as volunteers, a community radio is not a financial possibility in a sparsely populated 5km radius of the town within five years. Because the kids don't listen to radio anymore and that's going to continue to worsen. Video and podcasts is where it's at.
