This is an extremely interesting interview with Cheltenham's chairman, who is an employment lawyer, about Tozer's transfer. Basically, because players register with the FAW (hence us having a transfer window) we can buy out players' contracts. This could be used as a bargaining tool to secure transfers - as it was in Tozer's case.

Its about time we had something that redresses the unfair advantage that other Nat League clubs have over us ,with the transfer window stuff !!
