The RWB depends on a lot of things. How happy is Parkinson with French there and how long is RHJ going to be out for?

If we just need someone as cover for a bit, I could see us getting a loan from someone's academy or U23 side until January. If RHJ is out for the season, maybe a permanent signing of some league pedigree.

Maybe that Trent Alexander-Arnold kid could do a job? No experience at this level but you never know.

He'd be better off here than in Liverpool's reserves

No way we could get Neco Williams. Even if he fancied it, Liverpool will want him to be playing competitive football for the level he's at. He'd be on loan to a Championship club at worst I imagine. Loaning him to us does nothing for him progressing as a player or for Liverpool to put him in the shop window to move on.

If he was available for loan there would be a host of Championship clubs ready to take him. I know it’s been a mad transfer window for us but this one is the most unrealistic suggestion of them all.
