I have no proof of purchase as I paid over the phone on Wednesday due to the ordering problems.
The advice is to take some form of ID a credit card with your name on should be sufficient.

Rubbish. You have created the stress by insisting on a ticket in advance.

The Southend game is not a sell out. You can pay on the day. Their ground is big enough for all of us. Turn up, pay, get in.

Why have you put yourself through all this stress? And clogged the clubs' phone lines.

Hasn't DR done exactly what the club wanted supporters to do? Seems utterly bizarre to blame him for that.

I'm not blaming him for anything. Just find it baffling that people put themselves through the stress of getting a ticket in advance when they can pay on the day.

The club said there were only a small number of tickets available on the day. Are you really expecting only a small number of fans to travel?
