Absolutely no idea.
Just spent the last 15 minutes going round in circles trying various links.

Having found my way to the 'On Line Ticket' page, it looks like it'll let me purchase a 'Coach Travel' ticket, but not a match ticket.

If I try the match ticket option, I get a screen saying 'This event is not yet available to you', which has a link to 'Membership options'. If I click on this link, it looks like I can then purchase my Adult membership for £10.

I'm assuming if I carried through with the purchase it would then make the event available to me and allow me to purchase match tickets.

From other posts it sounds like 'they' haven't updated the ticketing system to recognise those of us who signed up for the free club membership before the end of May as 'available for events'.

Go on Wrexham.fc site
Scroll down click on tickets.
Message will come only availablevto members etc.
My email and password already saved on it so just clicked on it
Ticket choice then comes up and you buy one

Anyone who’s a ST holder is fine as the membership has been linked to their accounts.

Anyone who isn’t a season ticket holder but took advantage of the free membership offer a few months ago is not fine as you cannot link your membership to your account (email). When you try to activate it, the system asks you for an elusive membership number which was not sent to anyone within this category. Ergo you can’t buy a Southend ticket unless you

A) pay £10 on the website and link it to your email for membership you are already privileged to and signed up to.

B) go to the club shop and buy it (impossible for exiles)

Therefore currently any non-ST holder who doesn’t live in Wrexham or can’t get to the ground can’t buy a ticket.

Luckily I’ve got someone in Wrexham to pick one up for me and bring to Southend!

I joined membership when it first came out, but to be fair i did not have a clue with the other thousands that signed up as no log on details! i bought a season ticket and went through a nightmare of a set up but that included new membership. total shambles.

Became member when free at the start. Bought ST with no issues.Bought away ticket at Solihull with no issues.
I am no expert but did this on my phone.
My biggest issue has been my mobile screen being so small sometimes difficult to pick the right seats.
Maybe I am just lucky
