I recieved the email with my membership number last night but cannot buy a ticket as it is telling me this event is not available to me.When i go into my account menu and network settings then enter my name or membership number it is telling me this membership number does not exist,,shambles!

just to complicate things, i have spoken to quite a few non regulars who, after watching the game on the tv the other night, now feel inspired to come to games, better get it sorted before it pees off any more

Did you activate your membership on the e-ticketing website?

I hope people can just go to the ground and buy a ticket without all the online faffing about!?

When I scroll down to activate account and click through it states 'account already active'.
Yet no permission to buy tickets comes up.
Anybody have any joy with changing this?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and trying again?
