I’m sorted with the ticket farce but I know I signed up for the membership as I had the welcome email but if I try to sign in now it says my details are wrong. I then try to do a password reset and nothing ever comes through. It’s all pretty shite to be fair.

Complete mess this system.

I get the members emails but cannot sign into a members area etc.

Tried password resets but get nothing. Seems like theyve just used the "membership" thing as a way to get people signed up to a newsletter, and then had a further idea to charge fans for the privaledge of buying tickets...

This is a complete shambles got the news letter this month. Having received the first 2 and then nothing for a couple of months. Still no idea what my membership number is. Live away so don't have a season ticket but want to buy match tickets once available. Have been to a couple of the preseason away games and Solihull as was able to buy from the opposition but can't buy from my own club. Apparently "Currently you have no active memberships". I have tried emailing the club to get details of my membership to no avail.

Suggest people email Geraint and ask him to forward their complaint on to the relevant person. Once enough people do so then the club should realise they have an issue that needs addressing.

Sure their are lots of exciting things happening at the club. Who wants to do the nuts and bolts dirty work? Heard they tried to get former trust volunteer back in to sort it out...

Surely an IT consultant could sort it? We have enough cash to spend £20k or whatever to get it working slickly?
