Yeah that's right - they haven't actually given you anything as such, they've just set up your Wrexham portal ticket membership for you to save you having to go back and do it online.

Yeah it must be the 4 digit ticket membership / client reference number / WREXID as printed on your card and quoted in the confirmatory/receipt emails... well I'm pretty sure this is the case!

If it's any help I think this link will take you straight to the web page where you'll need to register a new ticket account:

You'll need to use your email account to register, then activate your account on receipt of the confirmatory email before you can go ahead and buy tickets. The key thing to look out for is the circular icon next to the basket - that will bring up your membership details (including your number).
This ticket account/membership is then totally separate from any other club memberships.

Ok cheers for that as mine are different numbers , click on little man icon number comes up at the top name and number but different to my WrexId number.

I think so! Certainly it was the same account used for buying the season ticket and then ordering the Curzon Ashton ticket, so I'm presuming that the same procedure will apply to away tickets - certainly clicking on the "little man" icon, then the "Buy Tickets" button, takes you straight to the Southend tickets.
