I suppose its a case of dammed if you and dammed if you don't...

NWP were out in force last night. I guess it could be argued there was alot of resources - but if they don't deploy and there is trouble then questions are asked.

Fairplay to many of the bobbies on duty - many were in good spirits and chatting / smiling with fans.

Bigger games this season for them to police I guess...

You are right about Stockport...especially as its our last home game and the penultimate game of the season.

I spoke to an officer on the way out and asked if they had had any trouble and his answer was “no very quiet”.

They were very hands off and seemingly just there to provide reassurance/assistance in light of the number of fans in attendance. No complaints here.
