I just feel we need more time on the training pitch. Defence should settle down, and Jones does seem to bring something into the midfield. Mullings clearly is a worry, but a win next week and it looks like a decent start.

The defence needs time to settle and either Young or Davies need dropping for someone, it's not working. Glad Cheek got a 96th minute equalizer against Chesterfield.

Not a bad start at all and I think we'll get better and when you have goal scorers in the team you always have a chance.

Lets hope we can keep up with the top three until we can buy a ball winning midfielder in January.

Not too worried at this point as I just couldn’t see how we were going to hit the ground running with such a high turnover of players and still doing business late into the transfer window. Midfield is the only slight concern but taking a big positive from the fact Mullin’s injury is only minor too.

Also, midfield was awful today. James Jones is probably the best midfielder in the league but Young and Davies together is a no go. No physicality.

Personally so far I’d drop young and Davies. They really hasn’t done much in the first 4 games and bring in Dave jones and mcalinden. I’d even give redmond a chance at this point! Shocking from the midfield again

Young is far more involved in terms of energy, tackling, passing. It’s Davies and Jones who disappear from games. Both have a classy edge but it’s not often enough.
