Salary cap 2022/23
I have read that this is only a proposal at working committee steve and not a final agreement.
Anyone know how it might work technically and affect us if god forbid we don’t nail it this season. I saw a figure of £900k as the salary cap which seems low.! |

Won’t happen.
Funnily enough Chester proposed it. |

To easy to get around - Man C hide Millions. Pay players partners/Parents or out the blue you win a Facebook Aviation Gin Competion and win a house.

Re: Salary cap 2022/23
I was wondering if it would go ahead or not as setting a working committee isn’t really conviction and I guess there are also legal questions marks also.

Re: Salary cap 2022/23
If it does come in dont you get a dispensation for players already under contract, so all our players on three year contracts don't count, effectively.
I may be wrong in the details of that but I'm sure I read something along those lines. |
Re: Salary cap 2022/23
Wasn't this same idea swatted down in the EFL? They shouldn't be able to enforce it in at this level too if so.
