They're not on top in the pecking order that's for sure , but then injuries /niggles etc are why we have a squad.

Redmond is in his third season and Ponti his second but under Keates Redmond in particular would have been persona non grata being a more creative type.

For both of them we are playing a different system where creativity and attacking play is more valued, and with better players than last year, so for both of them I feel it will be interesting to see how they adapt and contribute when/if they do get their chance.

It might be that they are as duff as some expect, but they might also surprise us . I'd rather see what happens rather than judge them after a combined 20 mins
