First thing the club should be doing is making a ticketing support/helpline of 2-3 people with any issues/queries. All people want is communication and transparency, even if it can’t be resolved immediately.

The lack of comms and with nowhere to go if you have any problems except driving to the club shop to sort in person (not ideal when you want to be the club of North Wales) is pretty shabby.

I don’t agree with people messaging Dan, Matt etc. Individually but it’s got to be frustrating for people when the silence is deafening from the club.

Did Ryan Renolds make public statements about being attracted to Mint mobile because of its history and community strength? Is Wrexham FC just another business to you? If someone came along and said I bought this business to make money OK fine, but the point I'm trying to make is dont say one thing and turn a blind eye to your underlings working in a completely different way. Its seems clear to me that Dan and co were overwhelmed by demand, but its a managment role to plan ahead, and when it goes wrong bad managers scapegoat. Make of it what you wish but I think the future relationship between the club and its "customers" is purely a financial transaction and has bugger all to do with community. Oh by the way I voted for the sale.

I agree but perhaps our new owners aren’t as yet aware of issues within the shop/ticketing & commercial areas. I would hope with Dan deciding to leave it’s going to highlight these issues. Might of also been part of Dans thinking-to save others within the club getting the flak instead of the ones who really should be held accountable.

I don’t think it will go unnoticed and I’d also say we haven’t heard the last of this.

Everyone involved in football who has ever crossed paths with Geraint is full of praise for him. He is without doubt "Mr Wrexham AFC", and if the new stand isn't named after Joey, it should be named after Geraint.

I don't profess to know Dan personally but he has helped me out several times over the years with season ticket issues non more so than this year when i emailed the club several times without a reply, I happened across his personal email address on this forum, sent him an email on a Sunday afternoon, he sent me an email back the same evening and sorted my problem out. He didn't have to do that, the guy loves the club, loves the fans. He will be a massive loss to the club and the loyal fans that he has always done his best to look after.
