![]() Seems odd if he has been pushed, normally for a fall guy, that'd be someone in middle management, someone with input into the decision making, not the people working in the shop.
You can't blame him for the stock situation which is down to Brexit, covid and a national shortage of HGV drivers. Nor would you think he had any say in the choosing of Ticketmaster as a partner. It was obvious the commercial side wouldn't be fixed overnight, probably a turnaround of 3-6 month's. Hopefully everything can be sorted asap. Good luck to Dan, who was always great the few times I've been to the shop.

It’s time she now steps up to the plate otherwise the writing is on the wall for her. My other thought was is this a distraction before SH gets the job full time to appease THE 31 ?? |

![]() Give her a chance. How long has she been in post? The clubs off the field set up is amateur and this year it’s had to build as well as respond to massive increase in demand as well as issues around covid and Brexit. One of those things would have been hard - all of them at the same time even more challenging.
In terms of the style of the CEO, I guess it depends on them and the organisation they are part of. I’m not sure we need R&R, Ker, and the CEO to be a spokesperson. From the outside I would guess FR first focus is the commercial side - and perhaps this is part of the change. Also quite interesting the big culture change we still need to go through. Whatever your views on the employee in question, this is an internal staffing issue that has literally nothing to do with us. |
