Having said that, I've had an issue with my season ticket since first day on sale. Still unresolved.

This happened to our company.

We had emailed enquiring, agreed a price, then Geoff Scott stopped replying. Even chased him and no reply.

I completely refute that. I'm 100% behind the new regime.

I'm saying what I see from our new CEO. Since 1st June that's been virtually nothing which is a disappointment to me and now this guy seems to have been eased out at a time when we need him most.

Maybe he resigned ? My guess is he's paid the price for the recent ticketing fiasco.

Let's hope FR has a plan to fix these issues PDQ because her paying public appear very unhappy.

As a matter of interest what sort of visibility do you expect from the CEO? Shes made some statements, she's appeared in the clubs media announcements for various things. I have no idea what she does day to day but I wouldn't expect to.
