You do realise that not everyone who raises a valid concern on the business side of things has to be part of “the 31”.

No-one’s opposed to the club moving forward. The main issue is that customer service is moving backwards.

I'd have expected to have seen her vision for the commercial side of the club by now. Not just a few words and photo opportunities.

I just expected more energy and I'm just not feeling it.

Is that something you'd normally release to the public? beyond a few empty phrases.

I'm not being disingenuous, I just wouldn't expect a CEO to be doing that, you'd hope they'd be too busy.

For whats its worth I expect behind the scenes needs a massive overhaul, its mostly been volunteers for years hasnt it? we need salaried, properly trained staff.

Yep. Quite a weird mindset... Being so resentful of the WST that you'd support anything that happens under new regime even if it was clearly shocking and ill conceived... Its a bit of an oxymoron isn't it? Bit like the 400 or so who'd have voted for the WST to sacrifice babies to the sun god if High Septum Harris had recommended it...

The "behind the scenes" stuff is done by people overseen by the CEO

The main role for a CEO is to be the face of their organisation
