There's that many changes and updates that nobody can keep up with it. It's a shambles let's be honest. Every man and his dog knew demand would be as high as ever this season yet still not prepared for it.

they haven't got the staff to move ticketing to anywhere else.

a supporter gave staff a right mouthful yesterday that his tickets hadn't turned up, turned out they put an incorrect address on his account... it was still the clubs fault though . Maybe those that haven't received what they paid for should check their address and email details are correct.

From first day on sale I'm still waiting on a resolution to an issue re my season ticket.

This is after two emails and a visit in person to the club shop.

Who should I contact now Dan has left?

You need to escalate to Geoff Scott. After that fails, Fluer, after that Humphrey as R&R are never going to be contactable.
