Woking are a good team. #19 was very good. We should have scored more but we all know PP is very negative but managed it very well after the red.

In general the back three nullified any danger and their distribution was pretty good. Nice to have 3 centre backs who are all comfortable with carrying the ball forward.

It was interesting seeing them warm up as a unit with Parkin pre-match.
Nice to see us preparing properly for a game with numerous coaches on the field.

Perhaps if they hadn’t continually thrown themselves over to win free kicks for the previous 94 minutes they may have got it. Not awarding that was poetic justice by a referee who by that point was getting everything wrong.

First half excellent, second half ran out of ideas and help on. Thought mullin was subbed a bit too late. Silly challenge by jones and deserved to go which was only decision the officials got right. No way Davies was MOM for me - Tozer in my opinion.
Entertainment and quality massively better than last season.

You mentioned it on another thread, but the part that Hayden played in that goal should not be underestimated. Tremendous bit of play from a tremendous player.
