Re: The Hotel Factor
In my day, Wrexham footballers drank 8 pints of Newcastle Brown and smoked 20 B&H before taking the bus to every match. Nobody complained and we won every game!
Erm, okay you got me !
Wrong! As I mentioned im not having a pop at any era this has been going on long enough overnight stays. All I was suggesting was travel to Aldershot on day and see how it pans out.
No you are having a pop at this era. You only joined RP during this era. Your email to Fleur thread was posted on a Monday morning (just a few moments when she would be back at her desk for the first time in the week - plus there is no evidence it was sent) and you admitted you wasn't even at the game. There is no evidence that you are a fan nor even you are a real person. You are trying to destabilise. Childish. |

Plus off field matters which are on the other thread. Of course I am someone who has a different opinion to you is “ one of the 31 “ “trying to destabilise” Maybe you would like everyone on this forum to share only your views? God forbid if they don’t. |

Why do you need evidence? Tell you what I’ll provide evidence I was at Notts County game if you supply the same. Will upload picture of my ticket now :) |

You say I have no evidence so when I show you my ticket. That is not enough evidence. Your losing your own argument. |

Re: The Hotel Factor
If the professional football manager that is Phil Parkinson says we should do overnight stays then I'll take his word for it over some wind up merchant on a football forum.
Can tell things are generally going well when bottles the same price as cans and overnight stays is the topic of debate. |
Re: The Hotel Factor
Even if I uploaded a picture of myself at the “ game “ how would you tell it was that game and not another game I attended? And before you point anything out by me there was no tik tok shirts in view near to me.
Why didn’t you go to the Woking game?
It’s on another thread but will explain here as well. I queued for my season ticket a few weeks ago and was told that I would need to come back as it’s one of the many that haven’t turned up from the printers. I then had to queue up for my Notts County ticket which I have attached a copy for TheRealWelshWayne as he wanted evidence but the evidence was not sufficient. I was going to queue up for replacement Woking ticket but decided against it after what’s happened previous . My season ticket has now turned up so will be at the Dagenham game if anyone wants me to take a picture of myself at the ground please let me know what time you want me to take it. Pre match / during game / half time / etc ? |

Great shout ! And even if I uploaded my picture on here, my real name, and Twitter handle which Mr TheRealWelshWayne has proudly annouced on here what proof is this really me? So the argument could go on and on. The Proving I am not one of the 31 likewise. Can Everyone upload their voting decisions on here again how can this really prove they are genuine as anything can be at photoshopped. |

Happy to take you up on the offer of pre match. Still no evidence of you sending the email.
In Travelodge’s I have stayed in and a friend works in also. There are masks to be worn at all times and the receptions have Perspex screen in front similar to that of bus drivers. As bus drivers don’t need to wear masks as they have the Perspex screen. Staff at Travelodge have temperature checks similar to other environment retail etc. Guests are asked to fill in a track and trace. Sanitise and wear face coverings until they get to their room.
Yes WAFC team coming out of a Travel Lodge !! I stayed in a Premier Innlast week and it was £120 for two including breakfast and all you refered to regarding masks , track and trace etc was not the case . i think you have been in lock down way too long my friend most of us moved on weeks ago ! |

OK cool - lets get some rigour behind this.

10 away games that we've had an adverse result from after an overnight stay
10 away games that we've had a positive result from after travelling up the same day.
I'm sure you'd have that info to hand. |
Re: The Hotel Factor
If we ever play Chester again, and we stop overnight at the Post House I shall be putting in a complaint...
Should have been the Grovenor... |

What the hell are you worried about, are you paying for it. Does it matter if they spend the week in Grimsby, it will not affect me or you.

This list is not exhaustive. *Shirts being sold online when you don’t have them in stock. *Gin being sold online when you don’t have it in stock. *Gin being sold cheaper in Morrison’s Supermarkets in Wales than the club even though the club is meant to have exclusive rights. *Getting supporters to stand in queues for their season tickets and then supporters finding out their season ticket hasn’t even arrived so they have to come back. Then they get sent out in post then not received so more long queues. *Selling away match tickets without giving any priority to Season ticket holders. *No news on when shares that have been paid into the club prior to takeover will be coming back to those who paid. *Bottles being sold for same price as pints at Saturdays game v Woking. *Persons in positions at the club that don’t reply to supporters emails. *Person in position at the club has left - own accord or pushed? *No open dialogue communication from the club apart from a weekly article in the Leader newspaper on a Thursday. How much longer are we meant go be going on like this? The club is meant to becoming more professional since the new persons in posts. Having advertising boards that alternate sponsors , attracting big name sponsors is all well and good but what about the basics communicating with your customers / supporters who quite frankly getting fed up.
