Default Alan Fox

Just seen that Alan has passed away. Great player for us and lovely man. Got to know him well during my time on Supporters Association committee. Very sad day. Condolences to Jean and the family.

Very sad news. Before my time, but one of my dads heroes and I was lucky enough to meet him on a few occasions when he came to the Racecourse as a guest.

RIP Alan

Wrong Fox!!!

Alan was a centre half and a pretty good one at that late fifties / early sixties from memory.

Sad news.

Steve Fox was the winger and exciting to watch at times

Alan Fox was a true legend and I was lucky enough to see him play in his last 2 seasons. Once I was old enough to know what football was all about I would hear my Dad, my brother, my uncles and cousins saying what a great centre half he was... and he was!

If my memory serves me right when he finally moved on he was replaced by Ray Mielcarek - another fans favourite and hard man!

RIP Alan - you were a Wrexham legend & hero to us all.
