It’s something I’ve often thought about, particularly since we ended up in this league.

And to be critical of myself, I vividly remember standing on the kop, moaning all the time while we were in the top half of what is now L1, grumbling that Flynn wouldn’t put a sub on earlier, or we’d gone out in an early round of the FA Cup with a below par home performance etc.

I’d really REALLY like to think that even if we became a middling L2 again, I’d stop grumbling and just be glad we’re in there again!
But would I be able to stifle the grumbles? Probably not LoL!
But, I’d like to think I’d pinch myself and remember how awful the last 15 years have been for Wrexham, and I really would check myself and STFU and just be grateful we are in the EFL once again.

I guess moaning is inevitable though, even in the top flight, fans grumbling, especially at the likes of WHU where they’re doing about as well as could ever be hoped for, for hammers fans, yet still they moan. I guess it’s part of the fabric of football.

Hopefully that will improve now the team have played a few games, albeit we still don’t have a settled starting-XI due to injuries.

D&R seem to be flying, so another difficult task tomorrow. Clearly the Redmond punt did not work but, to be fair to him, our midfield has yet to work. There will be further changes, with Lennon likely to replace Cleworth, and Brisley available, too.

It’s going to be a tight game, but suspect the Daggers will come for 3 points — unlike Notts County and Woking — so that might help our cause.

To be fair to Redmond , Since He`s been here he`s never had a run in the team , having said that , that could be because he has`nt done enough in training , So why did PP say he deserves his chance ?

I wonder why we don’t send him out for a short loan period, even one month. Get some games under his belt at Southport or Marine or somewhere. There’s a class player in there, we saw it when he created some great goals with effortless defence splitting passes. But throwing him in, when not match fit, was very strange. He just needs games, to have any any hope of being up to speed when he’s put in our midfield.

Good point.
Especially if his confidence is a bit fragile maybe

Assuming Davies is still injured, harsh on Reckord but I'd like a bit more pace at wing back.It was a toss up between him and French for the holding role.

Just goes to show you chose Hosannah over Reckord , But never seen Him play ?

For sure mate, indeed from what we’ve heard, a Lot of it is around mental health and well being for Devonte. Depends how he would ‘take’ a proposal of a short loan period, it might not be what he’d wish for. But if he would be prepared to do it, he’d get that much needed game time.

He’s been ‘fragile’ since he left United apparently. It must be tough to leave United after being there for so long and I feel for the lad but are we a football club or a rehab centre? We’ve seen enough times that he can’t cut it here.

Played 13 games for a decent Salford side that probably would have gone up without him. Now he’s had 2 and bit years of barely playing. Imagine if we signed a player that hadn’t played for 2 years and had 10 decent games before that.

Absolutely, but I think its a general football fan thing. Its either feast or famine with nothing in between. Maybe I'm just a strangely passionless person?

It does always get me when people make predictions without considering the opposition, its odd.

You make yourself sound like quite the catch
