The result against D and R was great = the second half performance was not. If we allow Stockport that many chances they will win regardless of how many we score. This game is about our defence, if they get it together we will win. I fully expect us to score one or two goals.

I remember that. Luckily was under the cover. At half time a load of Wrexham fans made a break for it across the pitch to get under the cover. Think my mate was the only one who got caught and put back in the open terrace!

I was there, cold wet and miserable until that winning goal made the whole trip worthwhile!

Agree, Stockport like all other home teams will have a real go at us and we need to stand up to it. They are still a huge rival for those top spots, regardless of their start to the season and they have the players to hurt teams. They need to kick start their season and beating Wxm may just do that, but if we can get anything from Saturday's game it will be a very huge positive.

They have a solid bunch of players who will come good before long. Hopefully not Saturday. Games of this size have a habit of throwing up the unexpected. What the unexpected is at the momeny is anyones guess. Look at Tranmere a few years back. Virtually bottom in October then it clicked. Really cant call this one but if we get 3 points I believe we will go on a right roll.

Unusual for me but I've got a good feeling about this one. They've conceded 3 two Saturdays running and it sounds a pretty toxic split in their fan base between those Rusk in/out.

If we start like we did against Dagenham and get an early goal it could be a nasty atmosphere inside EP. We've got to take the game to them.

Going Stockport 1-4 Wrexham and the final straw for their manager.
