I don’t think the midfield issues will be as apparent in the next run of games. Davies will look more like a footballer and redmond/jones will have more time and space to operate in. It’s against the better sides we seem to really struggle…

Seems to be the case but it's dangerous to start underestimating the opposition, especially with our inconsistencies, we have to play well as a team to get anything in games. 9 games in PP will know the good, the bad and indifferent and recently he has had time to to work on any shortcomings and get us set up for today. So one game at a time and give the right level of respect to the opposition starting today. If we can avoid a potential banana skin, it will give us more confidence, find some cohesion and something to build on and be in a better place for the tougher fixtures.

It’s not a case of underestimating the opposition…. It’s more that our frailties in midfield will be less apparent against the weaker sides. It still needs strengthening! I don’t think taking punts at ex Scottish Championship players will be of any benefit at this stage….
