Admittedly there's a bit of artistic licence on the walk the league line Wrexy. January Window will be important definitely. But the wealth of talent out there available on free transfers suggests maybe Parkinson isn't too concerned.

He's alluded to his 'strong squad' in near enough every interview I've heard

Ywah thats the only bit I dont agree with! who were the last team to walk the league? We matched Fleetwood every step of the way when they went up (not in their first season) and other big spending teams like Forest Green and Salford had to go up through the play offs.

If anyone thought it would be easy this year they haven't been paying attention for the last 13 years

Any free transfers have to have been available before the close of the transfer window. Certainly cuts down “the wealth of talent”.

My minimum expectation was for our manager to sign the players required to play decent football, he didn't. I didn't think we'd walk it, but I did expect a much better start, even with our fixtures. If we're not in the top six by Christmas I think he should go.
