Mullin is keeping us afloat at the moment despite poor service. It’s vital we keep him interested in winning games. He strikes me as being highly motivated to do well despite many of his team mates not being on his level.

I like it that PP is passive aggressive, bitter and prickly at interviews.

The daily post ones I especially like.

Remember PP interviews will be seen by more people than some of the premiership managers. He has to contain himself.

If he was ranting and raving - people would have him down as unprofessional.
If he's reserved - he's passionless. Not sure everyone will be satisfied, ever.

PP is in this for the season at least - his KPIs were pretty clear even before you listened to the Expedia podcast with the owners. He's been in the job for a few months - give the guy a chance.

Think he comes across as an ok fella tbf, hope like you he manages to turn it around but so far haven't been impressed in the slightest by how he's set up the team or the football (or lack off) I've seen.

What does ranting and raving achieve? You may have got away with it 30, 40, 50 years ago but this day and age, you will soon lose any respect that anyone ever had of you.

If we are in the position we are in now at Christmas he'll be gone before the next transfer window I'm sure. That is the obvious time to review things

We were warned when he was announced.

What is it you don’t like about PP?

What characteristics rock your boat?

Personally, I like him. I will like him even more when he sorts out the football. When/if he gets us promoted, I will respect him.

As for Keates… I did not like or respect him. Not because he left us for his boyhood club when we were close to promotion via the play-offs but because he played dire football and effectively kissed off all the youngsters.

Absolute classic short termism that is very unlikely to work. Give him the season - chance to finish recruiting and building a team.
