Spare a thought.
Just a few words , i feel so privileged and lucky that i,m fit and able to attend such a momentous occasion in our clubs history.
However it got me thinking about some of the characters i came across over the years that are no longer with us. what would Jacko, Carl Tunnah, Pagl, kelly Valentine, make of it all , just before kick off ill shout out for you all. Feel free to add names that you miss. cheers all have a great day tomorrow. |

Re: Spare a thought.
A kind and important call - these people, and many others, were the Club.
My Dad amongst them. He always wished he had seen us develop the Kop, I'd settle for a return to the EFL. |
Re: Spare a thought.
Indeed there would be quite a list. Thoughts - as many of them battled for the clubs best interests.

Re: Spare a thought.
Great post, all we can do is get behind the team and be as positive as we can be that we can finally be successful as a legacy to all the dedicated fans who have sadly passed

Re: Spare a thought.
Lovely words there lads, my dear old dad passed away 25yrs ago, he gave me the love of this amazing football club, even though I live some 190 miles away, I'm fortunate enough to be travelling up for tomorrow's game.
What my father would've made of the goings on at The Racecourse I can't imagine |
Re: Spare a thought.
Don't worry, all those mentioned above will be there on Saturday.
