If Parkinson was sacked who or what type of manager do we go for?

I'm not for Parkinson getting sacked just yet. However, I feel he has 2-3 games of which have to be wins to keep his job.

If he did lose his job. What names could we realistically attract to the club and what kind of manager do we want?

Looking at Newport and there approach appointing James Rowberry. He hasn't got any managerial experience. However, he has got UEFA Pro Licence which is deemed to be one of if not the highest coaching qualification in Europe. Did we miss the trick in not appointing Mark Hudson? Will we go down the experienced manager route again? Time will tell...

What a pointless exercise. He's going nowhere any time soon. He's 12 games into his tenure and deserves the support of the fans not this bulls**t every other thread

that's ok on the face of it , but what do we do when we get promoted ? sack them and get somoene who knows League 2 ... then once we get up from there sack them and look for someone who knows League 1 ?

The point is, we're not just looking at building a side to get out of the national league , we're trying to build a squad that can get us up through multiple promotions and that's going to take time ..... hence the 3 year contracts .

It's a work in progress, we've played more games away than at home and we've played most of the top sides ... we're a million miles away from where I'd want us to be , but we can still get there this season

The stuff about needing a manager who knows this league is nonsense .... are people seriously suggesting that we have a manager who just knows this league and we build a squad just to compete in the national league ... then bin them all off and start again when we get promoted .....

it's going to be a tough few weeks as both of our top goal scorers are out and I'm sure this will lead to even more calls for Parkinson to go . With Mullin and Hyde back , it will be better - not perfect and we still need 2 or 3 more key players to be where we need to be , but we wil get there .... keep the faith

Luke Garrard is the best manager in our league.

You could get a better 'name' but Luke is the best. And its not even close.
