How can you define a manager is sh*t after 12 league games when he has three EFL promotions on his CV, 2 or 3 divisions above us ?

I'd say his record buys him time, you just want another new manager merry go round to talk about

I think Joey Jones knows more football than Parky,but I'm not advocating Joey for the job. But I'd love to see him on the bench and giving some inspiration to the players it's dead as a dodo at the moment.

I'm not saying he is the man , I'm not saying he's not the man because bottom line is that this is only half his team, he has both his main strikers currently out and he has no midfield which I agree he should have sorted this summer.

He needs more time to prove you wrong. I'm on the fence but I'm willing to give him the next transfer window.
