Why didn't PP do the post match interview? Steve Parkin has been rolled out again. Has Parkin been sacked or resigned?

He needs more time to prove you wrong. I'm on the fence but I'm willing to give him the next transfer window.
We weren't pulling up trees with our strikers playing though...

Mullin has stopped this season being an embarrassment. When he's back, he'll probably keep PP in his job a bit longer.

Plenty of managers go in to a job and make an instant impact when it is 'not their team'. As has been said above, the football is crap and it feels flat as a pancake. We can't keep a clean sheet and most games struggle to score more than one.

I'm all for giving time when I've seen glimpses of potential, but apart from a decent half against Notts there has been nout. Yes, we've had a convincing win against Barnet and we were cruising against Aldershot, but they were not down to managerial brilliance. He is stuck in his ways and a cruise liner changes direction quicker than he does in a game. His tactics are get a goal and then park the bus and sit deeper and deeper. To keep fans coming back we need to be exciting to watch and we ain't - I think it is inevitable he will be gone at some point this season.

I actually don't think Parky signed him,it was.the Harvey,Reed, connection, plus a talk with Rob that made him put pen to paper.

I think any manager we got in would have signed him! He scored 34 goals in the previous season. Not sure this one was down to scouting and managerial nous / instinct.

As someone else has said, we all know how this will end. So best to bring it to a
head now before the season is over for us.

SP post match interview. Has PP had a day off or been relieved of his duties?
