Rob and Ryan - and they have the ultimate say - won’t make snap decisions, like some owners out there. I think they’ll give him time. They strike me as a pair who give a lot of thought to what they do, research is undertaken and pros and cons are weighed up very carefully indeed. They’re nice guys not mercenaries - at least for the time being.

I think we go down one of either 2 ways when we eventually come to appointing a new manager:
1. A young and up-and-coming ambitious manager who is hungry for success. (Long term) 2. Someone who is experienced in the national league who knows what it takes to get out of this division. (Short term) For example, a manager like Neil Warnock will not work at Wrexham IMO because he will be in a similar boat to Parky, experienced in the leagues above with a great CV but no non-league experience. |
