Ticketmaster Problems

Given the present difficulties receiving Etickets via Ticketmaster for the Wales v Belarus & Belgium games, perhaps the recent problems experienced obtaining Wrexham tickets was not of Club's making.

I live in birmingham and get blues tickets throught ticket master without ever having a problem. It is the way we list tickets that is the problem.

Makes me laugh all this...

Ticketmaster has continued to sell concert tickets to tens of thousands at a time. Nothing wrong with ticketmaster over and above usual bugs and fixes.

100% convinced that the bulk of the issues were because of user accounts and memberships not being properly associated and that was everything to do with the instructions that the club gave people and partly with people's ability to understand how to use their accounts...

After my membership no and online accounts (3 in my household) were all linked up I have experienced zero issues. System works well. Time to stop moaning.

So digital tickets have been available all along, and we're just a bunch of numpties queuing round the car park.

You’re half right. A lot of people signed up to be members in the summer and then brought season tickets. The club didn’t initially associate their season tickets with their membership numbers.

I think it was more of a user admin error on the club’s side than errors by individuals.
