Thanks for you work but ultimately it is getting the report of a match on a Tuesday night in for Wednesday morning. Rarely have I seen a Tuesday night away match in the paper the following morning. It used to happen in years gone by even when the reporter was phoning the match report over the phone to the typist for it to be ready for printing. I thought new technology was easier to use !. If any of you fancy it you could always write to the Deputy Minister for Arts and Sport at the Welsh Government

What sway do you think Welsh Gov have over Reach PLC?

That is Reach who have The Express, The Mirror, The Daily Star, OK Magazine etc as their main titles. The company is huge and law unto itself - before the rebrand from Trinity Mirror it admitted phone hacking and had the resources to put £xx,xxx, xxx aside for payouts to victims.

I always bought the daily post for the match report on a monday and on the day following a game. I have not done that during the week for many years due to not being available anymore.

Same here. The Post used to have an informative 8 page football pullout on a Monday but I think this has now been binned.

Exactly this.

One of my favourite things about living in London was going out on a Saturday night and picking up the Sunday papers at around 11:00pm before you caught the late train home so you could read that day's match reports the same day/first thing on Sunday morning.

Don't understand why the DP can't do this.

Is there a match today (Saturday ) ? No mention of it on the Post online - time seems to have frozen for them on Wednesday after the Halifax game.
